Numbers 35:17

وَإِنْ ضَرَبَهُ بِحَجَرٍ فِي يَدِهِ أَدَّى إِلَى مَوْتِهِ فَهُوَ قَاتِلٌ، وَالْقَاتِلُ يُقْتَلُ.
