পরে সে ঐ এরসকাঠ, এসোব, লাল রঙয়ের লোম ও জীবিত পাখি, এই সব নিয়ে নিহত পাখির রক্তে ও বিশুদ্ধ জলে ডুবিয়ে সাত বার গৃহে ছিটিয়ে দেবে।
