Daniel 7:25

He will speak words of defiance against the Most High and oppress the dedicated people of the Most High, and attempt to change times and laws, and they will be placed under his power for a time, two times, and half a time.

And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

In Context

24The ten horns are ten kings that will come to power from this kingdom. The one who comes later is different from them, and will defeat three of them.

26Then the court will execute judgment and take away his power, destroying it forever.
