Leviticus 23:21

That same day you are to announce a holy meeting, and you must not do any of your usual work. This regulation is for all time and for future generations everywhere you live.

And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
