I, the Lord, have spoken! Just see if I won't do this to all these wicked Israelites who have worked together to oppose me! They will end their lives in the desert—they will die there.’”

I the LORD have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil congregation, that are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.
