If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father’s house in her youth;

2If a man makes a solemn promise to the Lord, or pledges to do something by swearing an oath, he must not break his promise. He must do everything he said he would.

4and her father finds out about her promise or pledge but doesn't say anything to her, all the promises or pledges she has sworn to do will stand.
