Psalms 25
1A Psalm of David. 1 Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in my innocence: 1 And hoping in the Lord I shall not be moved. 1
2Prove me, O Lord, and try me; 1 Purify as with fire my reins and my heart. 1
3For thy mercy is before mine eyes: 1 And I am well pleased with thy truth. 1
4I have not sat with the council of vanity, 1 And will in nowise enter in with transgressors. 1
5I have hated the assembly of wicked doers; 1 And will not sit with ungodly men. 1
6I will wash my hands in innocency, 1 And compass thine altar, O Lord: 1
7To hear the voice of praise, 1 And to declare all thy wonderful works. 1
8O Lord, I have loved the beauty of thy house, 1 And the place of the tabernacle of thy glory. 1
9Destroy not my soul together with the ungodly, 1 Nor my life with bloody men: 1
10In whose hands are iniquities, 1 And their right hand is filled with bribes. 1
11But I have walked in my innocence: 1 Redeem me, and have mercy upon me. 1
12My foot stands in an even place: 1 In the congregations will I bless thee, O Lord.
