Deuteronomy 33:2

And he said, 1 Hashem came from Sinai, 1 and rose up from Se'ir unto them; 1 He shined forth from Mt Paran, 1 and He came with ten thousands of kodesh; 1 from His right hand went a fiery law for them. 1
