Hosea 2:17
And there I will give her her kramim (vineyards), 1 and the Emek Achor (Valley of Trouble) I will make a petach tikvah (door of hope); 1 and she shall sing there, as in the yamim of her youth, 1 and as in the yom when she came up out of Eretz Mitzrayim.
