Isaiah 11:4
But with tzedek shall He judge the needy, 1 and reprove with mishor (equity, justice) for the anvei eretz: 1 and He shall strike the earth with the shevet of His mouth, 1 and with the Ruach of His lips shall he slay the reshah. 1
