That confirmeth the davar of His eved, 1 and fulfilleth the etza (prediction) of His malachim; that saith to Yerushalayim, 1 Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the towns of Yehudah, 1 Ye shall be rebuilt, 1 and I will raise up the ruins thereof: 1
