Consider, O Hashem how I am in distress; 1 my bowels are troubled; 1 mine lev is turned within me; 1 for I have grievously rebelled; 1 without, + 1:20 i.e., outside the cherev (sword) bereaveth, 1 within + 1:20 i.e., babayit, at home it is like mavet (death). 1
