Arise, cry out balailah; 1 in the beginning of the night watches 1 pour out thine lev like mayim 1 before the face of Adonoi; 1 lift up thy hands to Him 1 for the nefesh of thy ollelim, 1 that faint for hunger on every street corner. 1
