Zechariah 4:10
For who hath despised 1 the Yom Ketannot (day of small things)? 1 For they shall have simcha, and shall see 1 the plumb line in the hand of Zerubavel 1 with these shivah; they are the eyes of Hashem, 1 which run to and fro throughout kol ha'aretz.
