Deuteronomy 14:23

And before the Lord thy God in the place which He will choose to make His Shekinah dwell there, thou shalt eat the tithe of thy corn, wine, and oil, and the firstlings of thy herd and flock, that thou mayest learn to fear before the Lord thy God all days.
