And if thou wilt indeed be obedient to the Word of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all His commandments which I command thee this day, the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all the peoples of the earth;

This chapter is a very large exposition of two words in the foregoing chapter, the blessing and the curse.
