Deuteronomy 31:28

Gather to me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, and I will speak these words before you, and will call the heavens and earth to witness:

29For I know that after I am dead you will corrupt yourselves, and decline from the way which I have commanded you, and that evil will befall you at the end of the days; for you will do evil before the Lord to provoke Him to anger by the works of your hands.
