And if the ox of one man hurt a neighbour’s ox that it die, they shall sell the living ox and divide the money; and that which is dead they shall also divide.

And if one man’s ox hurt another’s, that he die; then they shall sell the live ox, and divide the money of it; and the dead ox also they shall divide.
