Exodus 30:23

Take thou also to thee choice (first or principal) aromatics: pure myrrh, five hundred ( shekels’ weight); and sweet cinnamon, one half (as much), two hundred and fifty ( shekels) weight; of sweet calamus, two hundred and fifty ( shekels’) weight;
