Exodus 28:30

You shall put in the breastplate of mishpat ·judgment· the 'Urim ·Lights· and the Thummim ·Perfections·; and they shall be on Aaron [Light-bringer]’s heart, when he goes in before Adonai: and Aaron [Light-bringer] shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel [God prevails] on his heart before Adonai continually. (3)
