Ha mal'ak Yahweh [The Angel of He sustains breathing] appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the middle of a bush. + 3:2. Quoted in Acts 7:30 He looked, and behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.

3Moses [Drawn out] said, “I will turn aside now and see this great sight; why the bush is not being burned up?” + 3:3 “Burning but not consumed”: The appearance of a burning bush was not uncommon in the desert, but the fact this bush was not being consumed by the flame was unique.
