These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

25And you know, Jesus made a special promise to everyone that is joined up with him. He promised to give us new life, so that we will live with God for ever.

27But I know that you will be all right, because Jesus gave you the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit lives in you, and he teaches you everything that you need to know about Jesus. Everything that he teaches you is true, he never lies. There is nobody else that can teach you in that way. And you know that the Holy Spirit taught you to stay joined up with Jesus, so make sure you do that.

Don’t believe them. I’m telling you, God’s people have to live the right way, just like Jesus always lived the right way, and then God will say they are all right.
