Pilate said, “I am not a Jew, so I don’t know anything about you mob. But your own people, and the bosses of your ceremonies, they brought you here. What did you do?”

Acts 23:29I found out that they only blamed him for things in their Jewish law. He has not broken any of our Roman laws, so it is not right for us to kill him or put him in jail.
