There are men who have sex with their father’s wives [EUP], and men who have sex with women during their monthly menstrual periods.

In thee have they discovered their fathers’ nakedness: in thee have they humbled her that was set apart for pollution.

11There are men who have sex with someone else’s wife. Some men have sex with their daughters-in-law or with their sisters or half-sisters.

1 Chronicles 5:1Reuben was the oldest son of Jacob. Therefore, he should have received the special rights/privileges that belonged to firstborn sons. But he had sex with his father’s slave wife, so his father gave the rights if a firstborn son to the sons of Reubers younger brother Joseph. And in the family records, Reuben is not mentioned first, like the firstborn sons always are.
