Ezekiel 7:15

When those things happen, your enemies will be outside the city with their swords, and there will be plagues and famines inside the city. Those who flee from the city into the countryside will be killed by their enemies’ swords, and those who stay in the city will die from famines and plagues.

In The King James Version

The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
