Jeremiah 2:28

Why do you not [RHQ] cry out to the gods that you made? You have as many gods as you have cities and towns in Judah. So why do you not plead with them to rescue you when you experience disasters?

But where are thy gods that thou hast made thee? let them arise, if they can save thee in the time of thy trouble: for according to the number of thy cities are thy gods, O Judah.
