Ezekiel 21:22

In his right hand will be an omen about Jerusalem, to set battering rams against it, to open his mouth to order the slaughter, 1 to sound a war cry, to set battering rams against the gates, 1 to build a ramp, and to erect siege towers. 1

At his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to appoint captains, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to appoint battering rams against the gates, to cast a mount, and to build a fort.

In Context

21For the king of Babylon will stop at the crossroads, at the junction, in order to practice divination. He will shake some arrows and ask direction from some idols and he will examine a liver. 1

23It will seem to be a useless omen in the eyes 1 of the ones in Jerusalem, those who had sworn an oath to the Babylonians! But the king will accuse them of violating their treaty in order to besiege them! 1
