Mais si le bœuf avait l'habitude d'encorner auparavant, qu'on en ait averti son propriétaire, et qu'il ne l'ait pas gardé enfermé, s'il tue un homme ou une femme, le bœuf sera lapidé, et son propriétaire sera aussi puni de mort.

28Si un bœuf encorne à mort un homme ou une femme, le bœuf sera lapidé et l'on ne mangera pas sa viande; mais le propriétaire du bœuf sera innocent.
