1 John 4:18

Fear is_not_being in to{the love}; contrariwise, the accomplished[adjective] love is-casting the fear outside, that the fear is-having/holding punishment. Moreover, the fearing has_not_been-accomplished in to{the love}.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
