Acts 22:29

So, straightaway, the[plural] being-about to-be-examining-anew same stand-off/away from of{same}, and the thousand-chief/chiliarch, moreover, fears, know[ing]-upon that he-is-being Roman, and that he-has-been-being having-bound same.

Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was afraid, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him.
