The five fall; the one is-being; the other not-yet comes, and when-supposing he-may-come few/sparse/scant/a-bit[i.e. brief] it-is-necessitating same to-stay/remain,

And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
