וַיֵּצֵא דָוִיד לִפְנֵיהֶם וַיַּעַן וַיֹּאמֶר לָהֶם אִם ־ לְשָׁלוֹם בָּאתֶם אֵלַי לְעָזְרֵנִי יִֽהְיֶה ־ לִּי עֲלֵיכֶם לֵבָב לְיָחַד וְאִֽם ־ לְרַמּוֹתַנִי לְצָרַי בְּלֹא חָמָס בְּכַפַּי יֵרֶא אֱלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתֵינוּ וְיוֹכַֽח ׃ ס
