וַיִּשְׁמְעוּ פְלִשְׁתִּים כִּי ־ נִמְשַׁח דָּוִיד לְמֶלֶךְ עַל ־ כָּל ־ יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיַּעֲלוּ כָל ־ פְּלִשְׁתִּים לְבַקֵּשׁ אֶת ־ דָּוִיד וַיִּשְׁמַע דָּוִיד וַיֵּצֵא לִפְנֵיהֶֽם ׃
