וַיֵּלְכוּ וַיַּגִּידוּ לְדָוִיד עַל ־ הָֽאֲנָשִׁים וַיִּשְׁלַח לִקְרָאתָם כִּי ־ הָיוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים נִכְלָמִים מְאֹד וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁבוּ בִֽירֵחוֹ עַד אֲשֶׁר ־ יְצַמַּח זְקַנְכֶם וְשַׁבְתֶּֽם ׃
