וְיוֹנָתָן לֹֽא ־ שָׁמַע בְּהַשְׁבִּיעַ אָבִיו אֶת ־ הָעָם וַיִּשְׁלַח אֶת ־ קְצֵה הַמַּטֶּה אֲשֶׁר בְּיָדוֹ וַיִּטְבֹּל אוֹתָהּ בְּיַעְרַת הַדְּבָשׁ וַיָּשֶׁב יָדוֹ אֶל ־ פִּיו ותראנה עֵינָֽיו ׃
