וַיִּבֶן עָרֵי מְצוּרָה בִּיהוּדָה כִּֽי ־ שָׁקְטָה הָאָרֶץ וְאֵין ־ עִמּוֹ מִלְחָמָה בַּשָּׁנִים הָאֵלֶּה כִּֽי ־ הֵנִיחַ יְהוָה לֽוֹ ׃
