וַיִּשְׁמַע בֶּן הֲדַד אֶל ־ הַמֶּלֶךְ אָסָא וַיִּשְׁלַח אֶת ־ שָׂרֵי הַחֲיָלִים אֲשֶׁר ־ לוֹ אֶל ־ עָרֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיַּכּוּ אֶת ־ עִיּוֹן וְאֶת ־ דָּן וְאֵת אָבֵל מָיִם וְאֵת כָּֽל ־ מִסְכְּנוֹת עָרֵי נַפְתָּלִֽי ׃
