וַיִּוָּעַץ עִם ־ שָׂרָיו וְגִבֹּרָיו לִסְתּוֹם אֶת ־ מֵימֵי הָעֲיָנוֹת אֲשֶׁר מִחוּץ לָעִיר וַֽיַּעְזְרֽוּהוּ ׃
