וְעַתָּה יְהוָה ׀ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל שְׁמֹר לְעַבְדְּךָ דָוִיד אָבִי אֵת אֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתָּ לּוֹ לֵאמֹר לֹא ־ יִכָּרֵת לְךָ אִישׁ מִלְּפָנַי יוֹשֵׁב עַל ־ כִּסֵּא יִשְׂרָאֵל רַק אִם ־ יִשְׁמְרוּ בָנֶיךָ אֶת ־ דַּרְכָּם לָלֶכֶת בְּתוֹרָתִי כַּאֲשֶׁר הָלַכְתָּ לְפָנָֽי ׃
