וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֵלָיו הִנֵּה ־ נָא יֵֽשׁ ־ אֶת ־ עֲבָדֶיךָ חֲמִשִּׁים אֲנָשִׁים בְּנֵֽי ־ חַיִל יֵלְכוּ נָא וִיבַקְשׁוּ אֶת ־ אֲדֹנֶיךָ פֶּן ־ נְשָׂאוֹ רוּחַ יְהוָה וַיַּשְׁלִכֵהוּ בְּאַחַד הֶהָרִים אוֹ בְּאַחַת הגיאות וַיֹּאמֶר לֹא תִשְׁלָֽחוּ ׃
