וַיְהִי כִשְׁמֹעַ הַמֶּלֶךְ אֶת ־ דִּבְרֵי הָֽאִשָּׁה וַיִּקְרַע אֶת ־ בְּגָדָיו וְהוּא עֹבֵר עַל ־ הַחֹמָה וַיַּרְא הָעָם וְהִנֵּה הַשַּׂק עַל ־ בְּשָׂרוֹ מִבָּֽיִת ׃
