וַיֹּאמֶר דָּוִד אֶל ־ הַמַּלְאָךְ כֹּֽה ־ תֹאמַר אֶל ־ יוֹאָב אַל ־ יֵרַע בְּעֵינֶיךָ אֶת ־ הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה כִּֽי ־ כָזֹה וְכָזֶה תֹּאכַל הֶחָרֶב הַחֲזֵק מִלְחַמְתְּךָ אֶל ־ הָעִיר וְהָרְסָהּ וְחַזְּקֵֽהוּ ׃
