וַיָּבֹאוּ עַבְדֵי אַבְשָׁלוֹם אֶֽל ־ הָאִשָּׁה הַבַּיְתָה וַיֹּֽאמְרוּ אַיֵּה אֲחִימַעַץ וִיהוֹנָתָן וַתֹּאמֶר לָהֶם הָֽאִשָּׁה עָבְרוּ מִיכַל הַמָּיִם וַיְבַקְשׁוּ וְלֹא מָצָאוּ וַיָּשֻׁבוּ יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם ׃ ס
