וַיֵּצְאוּ אַֽחֲרָיו אַנְשֵׁי יוֹאָב וְהַכְּרֵתִי וְהַפְּלֵתִי וְכָל ־ הַגִּבֹּרִים וַיֵּֽצְאוּ מִירוּשָׁלִַם לִרְדֹּף אַחֲרֵי שֶׁבַע בֶּן ־ בִּכְרִֽי ׃
