וַיַּֽעֲזָר ־ לוֹ אֲבִישַׁי בֶּן ־ צְרוּיָה וַיַּךְ אֶת ־ הַפְּלִשְׁתִּי וַיְמִיתֵהוּ אָז נִשְׁבְּעוּ אַנְשֵׁי ־ דָוִד לוֹ לֵאמֹר לֹא ־ תֵצֵא עוֹד אִתָּנוּ לַמִּלְחָמָה וְלֹא תְכַבֶּה אֶת ־ נֵר יִשְׂרָאֵֽל ׃ פ
