וַיַּךְ לֵב ־ דָּוִד אֹתוֹ אַחֲרֵי ־ כֵן סָפַר אֶת ־ הָעָם ס וַיֹּאמֶר דָּוִד אֶל ־ יְהוָה חָטָאתִי מְאֹד אֲשֶׁר עָשִׂיתִי וְעַתָּה יְהוָה הַֽעֲבֶר ־ נָא אֶת ־ עֲוֺן עַבְדְּךָ כִּי נִסְכַּלְתִּי מְאֹֽד ׃
