אִם ־ יִתָּקַע שׁוֹפָר בְּעִיר וְעָם לֹא יֶחֱרָדוּ אִם ־ תִּהְיֶה רָעָה בְּעִיר וַיהוָה לֹא עָשָֽׂה ׃
