בִּגְזֵרַת עִירִין פִּתְגָמָא וּמֵאמַר קַדִּישִׁין שְׁאֵֽלְתָא עַד ־ דִּבְרַת דִּי יִנְדְּעוּן חַיַּיָּא דִּֽי ־ שַׁלִּיט עליא בְּמַלְכוּת אנושא וּלְמַן ־ דִּי יִצְבֵּא יִתְּנִנַּהּ וּשְׁפַל אֲנָשִׁים יְקִים עליה ׃
