וָאֶקַּח אֶת ־ רָאשֵׁי שִׁבְטֵיכֶם אֲנָשִׁים חֲכָמִים וִֽידֻעִים וָאֶתֵּן אֹתָם רָאשִׁים עֲלֵיכֶם שָׂרֵי אֲלָפִים וְשָׂרֵי מֵאוֹת וְשָׂרֵי חֲמִשִּׁים וְשָׂרֵי עֲשָׂרֹת וְשֹׁטְרִים לְשִׁבְטֵיכֶֽם ׃
