בְּעֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן בְּאֶרֶץ מוֹאָב הוֹאִיל מֹשֶׁה בֵּאֵר אֶת ־ הַתּוֹרָה הַזֹּאת לֵאמֹֽר ׃
